Learning design and Customer insights
We are experienced in conceptualising and designing innovative learner-centred content that incorporates research evidence into practical learning and resource design for print, blended and digital only modes of delivery.
Our approach is collaborative and outcome-driven, using iterative cycles of development, user testing and feedback.

Our work includes support for:
- understanding the educational environment and context
- incorporation of research and evidence-based learning strategies
- translating customer/client needs into possible structures for content and assessment delivery, with a focus on usability, engagement and pedagogy
- acquiring customer insights, creating mock-ups, conducting interviews and collating and reporting on findings, including next steps
- taking an initial idea and developing it, for example:
