Our work includes support for:

  • understanding the educational environment and context
  • incorporation of research and evidence-based learning strategies
  • translating customer/client needs into possible structures for content and assessment delivery, with a focus on usability, engagement and pedagogy
  • acquiring customer insights, creating mock-ups, conducting interviews and collating and reporting on findings, including next steps
  • taking an initial idea and developing it, for example:
    • What customer problems are you aiming to solve?
    • Which aspects are most valued by your customers?
    • How does your idea differ from what’s already available?
  • preparing your proposal and pitch.
